These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ProveItBro — the websites proveitbro.com, play.proveitbro.com and app.proveitbro.com, the browser games, accounts, leaderboards and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Who Can Use ProveItBro
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and where you are below the age of digital consent in your country, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you meet these requirements.
Playing and Accounts
You can play as a guest or sign in with Google. When you sign in, you are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time from app.proveitbro.com (Account → Security → Delete account).
Fair Play, Scores and Leaderboards
Leaderboards and scores are meant to reflect real play. You agree not to manipulate, forge, automate, script or otherwise falsify scores, progress or gameplay. We use automated anti-cheat checks and may reject, flag, hide, reset or remove scores, exclude them from leaderboards, or restrict accounts we reasonably believe are cheating or abusing the Service. Scores and in-game progress have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Display Names and User Content
You choose a display name that appears publicly on leaderboards. You agree not to use names that are offensive, hateful, deceptive, that impersonate others or ProveItBro staff, or that infringe anyone's rights. We may change or reset display names that break these rules, automatically or on report.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attacking, overloading, disrupting, probing or reverse engineering the Service.
- Scraping, crawling or automated querying that harms performance or availability.
- Accessing accounts, data or restricted systems without authorization.
- Circumventing security controls, rate limits, CAPTCHA or anti-cheat and anti-abuse systems.
- Uploading malicious code or unlawful content, or content you have no right to use.
- Impersonating others, misleading people, or breaking applicable laws.
Availability
Games, pages, saves, leaderboards and connected services may be delayed, cached, unavailable, incomplete, or changed without notice. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including individual games, at any time.
Intellectual Property
ProveItBro content — including the site, code, branding, games, artwork and original materials — is protected by intellectual-property laws and remains our property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and play the games for your own entertainment. You may link to public pages and use short excerpts with attribution where the law permits. You may not copy, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from our content without permission.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on and may link to third-party services such as Google Sign-In, hosting, analytics and content delivery. We do not control third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including accounts, guest play, cookies and analytics. By using the Service you acknowledge that policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or the availability of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProveItBro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost data or progress, missed opportunities, business interruption, third-party platform issues, or security incidents outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes means the updated terms apply.
